2/15 Garlic Nails
This beauty tip sounds a little crazy (and smelly!), but has been sworn by, by some beauticians. For weak and brittle nails, try finely mincing a clove of garlic and putting it in your clear coat of nail polish. Let the garlic set for about a week and then paint away! Not only does garlic contain anti-fungal antioxidant properties, it also has selenium to help strengthen your nails. Don\’t worry you won\’t be walking around permanently smelling like fresh garlic (um…yum), the smell should fade ten minutes after application.
