Overtraining and overexerting your body is a big no no. If you want to actually obtain results, you have to give your body a chance to recover. Giving your body a couple of rest days a week is essential. Don\’t worry! By rest, we don\’t mean being totally stagnant, we know that people who have a consistent work out schedule tend to have more energy and that energy needs to go SOMEWHERE. Try some stretching and light yoga, foam rolling, and pranayama breathing. These are things that will complement your typical workout routine and help your body become a well-balanced, well-oiled machine.
