You may have always heard that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. Well…it really is. Studies show that eating a balanced breakfast (i.e. fruit, nuts, grains, yogurt, healthy carbs, eggs…the list goes on), increases energy, kick starts the metabolism, reduces overeating later in the day, and provides a sense of healthy structure and routine to one\’s day.
